This girddle is amazing and very high quality most of all it adjusts to your body through out postpartum stages, very good fit for all body types. Like that it is in 3 pieces. Makes it easier to adjust to comfort level. I use just one piece at a time and it works just fine.

I was apprehensive to buy this but I’m so glad I did! The three different bands allow you to tight each area of your abdomen individually whereas a single belt only allows you one tightness. I personally have a small waist with bigger hips and more pooch just below my belly button.
