I’ve found this to be the easiest to use kitchen appliance I own. Last night I threw a couple of sausage links and some corn on the cob onto the grill and all I had to do was roll them around a bit to get a nice even grilling. For clean up most of the parts are dish washer safe but that hasn’t been necessary. I wipe the grill down with a little canola oil before using and don’t oil the food and it has yet to stick to the grill. i even did salmon and it didn’t stick at all. Just slid around. I do need to contact amazon though as the grill has warped as soon as I started using it. Still usable but I would like a flat grill as it’s supposed to be. Other than that no issues as all. Haven’t had any smoke problems except for marinated steak and even then there was very little smoke. The best feature is the non stick coating. I simply rinse it in the sink and reassemble ready for the next use. You can get a good sear on one side of steaks but it takes longer for the second side as the grill tends to cool down with a thick cut of meat on it. It still cooks the meat beautifully though. Wish it came with a lid even though I haven’t had any splattering issue while grilling. It’d just be nice to cover it when not in use or when using to slowly warm something.
