the whole process was excellent,the product is good.already charged up ready to use.I went for this as i needed a heavy duty unit to start vans and cars with dead batteries.used it straight away on one van which i had trouble starting,on the second turn it fired up.recommend. this unit however time will tell how long the unit last but so far so good.

The product is very versatile and easy to use. Very useful to jump start a dead battery and brought my car back to life immediately. The light is bright. I have tried the inflator yet so can't comment on that.

Item arrived in a cardboard box with one layer of bubble wrap as protection. Possibly as a result the bit of plastic securing the door holding the air attachment was broken (see photo) so hardly a 'durable case'. I've only tried the compressor so far, it's about as noisy as any other cheap inflator and the gauge is useless for car tyre pressures, as it goes up to 260psi (see photo) getting an accurate reading is impossible. Checking with a separate gauge it did put in some air but not as much as I expected given its size and the noise. As an emergency bit if kit it may be worth it in the long run but first impressions are not great.

Starter Pack worked really well and saved me a couple of times when i was hit by a fault that finally proved to be a distributor brush on my car. however, i had an issue when i went to recharge the unit and found that it wasn't taking any charge regardless of whether using the dc input to the transformed ac input.
